CMJ is back! Celebrating its 35th year, the five day Music Marathon showcases hundreds of artists big and small across various NYC venues. Here are a handful of acts #GRAMMYNYC was able to catch this year. You can check out the full roster and other daily programing on CMJ's official site.

Day One, October 13

Philly native, Swizzymack, kicks off our day one at Arlene's Grocery.

The self-described "garage pop" group, Kids In Dispair aka K.I.D plays at Brooklyn Bowl.

Up-and-coming artist, Grace Mitchell gives a beautiful, fun, and refreshing performance at Brooklyn Bowl.

BK's very own Oberhofer rocks out with some long awaited music off their latest album at Brooklyn Bowl.

Joywave headlines The Syndicate's Conflict Of Interest Party at Brooklyn Bowl.

A 12:30a set doesn't stop fans from cramming into SOBs to see one of hip-hop’s most buzzed about names, Post Malone, as he closes out our day one at CMJ.

Be sure to check out Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 & 5 galleries for more great artists!
