The Latin Recording Academy

Launched in 2000 with a telecast aired on CBS, The Latin Recording Academy was the first primarily Spanish language primetime program carried on an English-language television network. Like the GRAMMY Awards, the Latin GRAMMYs recognize artistic and technical excellence in the recording arts and sciences by peer vote.

The GRAMMY Museum is an exciting and interactive celebration of the power of music occupying a vibrant new space in downtown Los Angeles. Four floors of cutting-edge exhibits, interactive experiences and films provide a one-of-a-kind visitor experience — engaging, educational, celebratory and inspirational.
