What was your first live music experience?
My first 2 concerts were both Yes at the International Amphitheater on my 14th and 15th birthdays. Anyone old enough to have been there knows what it was, a gajillion square foot concrete cattle barn built in the stockyards for the sale and slaughter of entire herds. My recollection is of loud but indistinct sound, awesome Roger Dean rotating stage, endless joints passing around, and I thought every song was Roundabout.
The quote I live my life by...
"Is it stupid enough, Sonny?" Phil Spector
If you could write one new law that everyone had to obey, what law would you create?
My law would be campaign reform. All political campaigns would be publicly funded and last two days. Lay out your platform, show us what you're made of in one debate, election the next day.
