New York - GRAMMY U MasterClass with Jared Evan

Feb 22 2017 - 3:00pm - 5:00pm EST

Calling all aspiring songwriters! On February 22nd, 30 lucky GRAMMY U students will have the once-in-a-lifetime chance to hone their skills in a songwriting master class taught by acclaimed singer-songwriter, producer, and rapper Jared Evan

Originally signed to Zone 4/Interscope Records, Evan decided to go independent in 2011 in order to gain more control over his creative vision.  Since then, he has amassed a huge number of writing and producing credits, notably on Hoodie Allen’s mixtape Crew Cuts and debut album People Keep Talking.  Evan released his first official solo album, The Blanket Truth, in November of 2016.

RSVPs are now open, and this event will reach capacity quickly.  If you are submitting a song for critique, please email the audio file directly to GRAMMYUNY@grammy.com.
