GRAMMY U Breaking Into The Business: Women In Music

GRAMMY U LA members filled The Recording Academy to gain music industry knowledge from the top women in the industry. The panel moderated by Rocsi Diaz, TV Personality and current Anchor of HLN, and included Karen Civil, Founder,, Erica Grayson, Partner and President of MADE, Ethiopia Habtemariam, President of Motown Records and UMPG President of Urban Music & Co-Head of Creative Affairs, Teresa LaBarbera Whites, A&R Executive (including Beyonce, Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson) all shared stories about their career and journey while empowering those individuals who were in the room.
