Nashville - GRAMMY U Songwriter Showdown Winner Taylor Edwards

GRAMMY U Songwriter Showdown winner Taylor Edwards took the stage at the Nashville Chapter’s GRAMMY Block party to perform her winning song, “Play Ya.” The country pop singer/songwriter and Belmont University student first gained notoriety when she started posting song covers on YouTube at age 15. Since then, she has gained over 15,000 subscribers and her cover of the Band Perry’s “If I Die Young” has been viewed over 515,000 . Edwards sat down with us backstage at the Block Party to share her tips for picking the right songs to cover.
