The Washington D.C. Chapter of The Recording Academy® hosted their Annual Artist Empowerment Brunch during the fourth annual Art of Cool Festival in Durham, NC. Both established and emerging artists came to hang and eat while making new connections including GRAMMY®-winner Kendra Foster, GRAMMY-nominee Maimouna Youssef and newcomers Laurin Talese, Ace Henderson, Nao and RKHTY, among many others. The event was a hit yet again and we hope to stay engaged with the artists in attendance in the future.
